Domestic Shipping
Please provide us with an accurate shipping address when you place your order. If you recognize that there’s been a mistake in your shipping details, please contact our customer service team immediately to inform us of the error and we will endeavor to update your shipping details. We cannot guarantee updates will be made prior to shipping.
We are pleased to offer free standard shipping on orders totaling $60 or more and shipping within the United States. Expedited shipping, such as two-day and one-day shipping, will be billed at the courier’s rate and may vary based on the amount of each order. Are excluded from free shipping Alaska, Hawaii, and all other off-shore insular areas, such as American Samoa, U.S. Virgin Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, Guam and Puerto Rico.
Codex endeavors to process and ship orders for in stock items within at most 2 business days except as otherwise stated in this Policy or as listed on the purchase page. Please allow additional processing time during holiday or promotional periods. You will receive an email with your tracking information and estimated delivery date when your order is en route. Online tracking may also be available at the courier’s website.
All shipments to APO, FPO, and DPO addresses are considered domestic shipments which are sent via USPS. Due to military handling time, delivery to some destinations may take additional time.
FedEx/Smartpost will not deliver to states like Alaska, Hawaii, and all other off-shore insular areas, such as American Samoa, U.S. Virgin Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, Guam and Puerto Rico. So this would be done by USPS or FedEx Express Saver.

We are pleased to offer free standard shipping on orders €75 and over to the countries listed above within Europe, and free standard shipping on orders £70 and over within the United Kingdom. Expedited shipping, such as two-day and one-day shipping, and both standard and expedited shipping to any countries outside of the United States and Europe, will be billed at the courier’s rate and may vary based on the amount of each order.
International orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees (each, an “Import Fee”) levied by your country’s customs department upon arrival. When ordering from the Site, the recipient of the shipment is the importer of record and is responsible for any of these Import Fees, as well as complying with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so please contact your local customs office for more information. Customs fees may be applied after the package is received. Packages may be held at the local sorting facility until customs are paid.
We are not responsible for refunds if packages are refused due to high Import Fees, packages are not picked up by the recipient of the shipment, packages cannot clear customs due to import restrictions of the destination country or items are missing because they are confiscated by customs.
Third Party Services and Forwarding
We are not responsible for packages delivered by forwarding agencies, including the contents or delivery, once the shipment has arrived to the shipping address provided at time of checkout.
