How to care for irritated skin after shaving? +

Shaving mechanically disrupts the skin’s protective barrier and can cause redness, especially on sensitive skin.

Our tips:

  • Use a clean, sharp razor and shaving products without alcohol or fragrance, as these are the most irritating.
  • Shave in the direction of beard growth.
  • Rinse your face with warm water after shaving, not hot.
  • Hydrate immediately after shaving – ideally with a serum containing the M3 antioxidant (e.g. ANTÜ Skin Barrier Repair Serum) followed by a nourishing cream (e.g. ANTÜ Overnight Repair Cream).
  • Support your skin barrier with ceramides, niacinamide, panthenol, or hyaluronic acid, which help speed up regeneration.
How to care for skin during increased sweating (e.g. at the gym)? +

Sweat mixes with sebum, bacteria, and impurities, which can lead to clogged pores and irritation.

Recommended routine:
